Starlink 46, launched as part of the first batch in May 2019, has apparently been used to test Starlink satellite controllability at low altitudes. By Feb 20 it was in a 164 x 184 km orbit and it reportedly reentered late on that day. It is the first Starlink sat to reenter.

We don't currently have a specific reentry time for Starlink 46, so we don't know *where* it reentered. It's not entirely clear whether it was deorbited over a specific location or just lowered enough that it decayed uncontrolled.

It's down. The Antares upper stage booster that launched Cygnus #NG13 recently re-entered this morning at 1:20 UT +/- 7 minutes over the Pacific under daytime skies: https://aerospace.org/reentries/antares-rocket-body-id-45177 ...

The Antares second stage from the NG-13 launch reentered over the Pacific Ocean around 0120 UTC on Feb 23.

The Agena D stage which launched the still-secret NRO JUMPSEAT 3 satellite into Molniya orbit in 1973 reentered at about 1330 UTC Feb 25 over central Africa after 46.5 years in space. Final orbit was around 120 x 400 km.
