38th reentry! SV015 vaporized at 10:25 UTC this morning while descending over the Bering Sea. No one probably saw this one, unless you were a Russian sailor, or maybe Sarah Palin... Launched on a Delta II from VAFB on July 9th 1997. Thanks for your service - and #Flarewell!

2 more reentries yesterday, but neither well tracked. SV83 reentered at 12:33 UTC over the Indian Ocean (+/- 27 mins) and SV52 reentered at 21:20 near Australia (+/- 33 mins). Both launched from VAFB on 11/6/98 and 2/18/98 respectively. 50 deboosted, 43 down so far. #Flarewell

SV62 was our 44th reentry early this morning at 6:16 UTC (+/- 13 mins). Obviously camera shy - maybe wanted to retire on a south Pacific island? It was launched 4/17/98 from Baikonur on a Proton rocket, and provided great service for over 20 years. #Flarewell!
