А может кто пояснить, почему SpaceX впараллель Kennedy LC-39A  миссии с Ванденберга не готовит и не проводит?

Вот эту вот например?

mid-June - Iridium Next Flight 2 (x10) - Falcon 9 - Vandenberg SLC-4E 

Там спутники не готовы или что мешает?

F9-035 не может быть интелсат, потому что для этой миссии уже появилась заявка в FCC с положением ASDS.

SpaceX Falcon 9 (ahead of EchoStar 23) still NET Tuesday for the Static Fire test. Delta IV/WGS-9 slip has not impacted the flow.

It is launch week again for SpaceX as the company marches toward a planned weekend blastoff with a television broadcast satellite destined to cover Brazil.

The Falcon 9 rocket is inside SpaceX's hangar at launch pad 39A, where steps this week will include attaching the two-stage booster to a heavy-duty transporter-erector for rollout and a "static fire" test.

The transporter-erector was seen vertical at pad 39A in the last few days, but the mobile structure -- used to transfer rockets between the hangar and the pad -- was lowered Sunday and returned to the hangar, presumably for mating with the Falcon 9 booster.

The hotfire test is a critical milestone in any SpaceX launch campaign, exercising the rocket, ground systems and launch team to verify all systems are ready for the real countdown.

The rocket will be loaded with super-chilled kerosene and liquid oxygen propellants, and the first stage's Merlin 1D engines will ignite and ramp up to more than 1.5 million pounds of thrust for around three seconds. Hold-down restraints will keep the Falcon 9 on the ground.

The Falcon 9 rocket is being lifted into the vertical position in readiness for today's planned static test fire. It was rolled out of the hangar this morning after being attached to the transporter-erector device.
